If the firm is presenting a new strategy or product to an existing client, must the firm provide the appropriate compliant presentation that represents such product?

The existing client should be treated as a prospective client of the new strategy/product. Therefore, the firm must make a reasonable effort to provide a compliant presentation to the client for the new strategy/product (Provision 0.A.11).
As long as a prospective client has received a compliant presentation within the previous 12 months, the firm has met this requirement.
